Bravo, home of some our favorite reality shows( Project Runway,Top Chef) has delighted us with the news that there will some new Housewives in town. That’s right folks on March 4, Bravo will be unveiling their newest show “The Real Housewives of New York” a spin-off of their hit show “The Real Housewives of Orange County”. Now there will be a set of Housewives on each coast.

Although the New York housewives ( and one Cobble Hill Brooklyn resident) claimed in New York’s Daily News that they want to be different than their west coast counterparts, we hope they have the same great fashion sense. Their careers alone (including visual merchandising, a cable show host and a health food chef) promise great wardrobes and exciting stylish events! Stay tuned to watch the drama unfold on the upper East Side- and shop all the looks you love from your OC Housewives!

I have been a BIG fan of The Real Wives of Orange County since the beginning. I watched ONE episode of “Wives of New York” and I agree withe the other poster! The women looked haggard and matronly. They were out of shape, not even look or dress attractive. I have NEVER seen such B**chy, S NO B *BISH and BORING people in my life! At least the OC gals are real, with real problems with children and all, just more $$. But they have true realtionships and care for eachother. I HA TED New York when I was there because of the people and the rundown, filthy environment. Watching this reinforced it! Please don’t TRY to make this work. They are about as entertaining as getting your stomach pumped after eating at one of their
sn ooty “social (ie:back stab, cat ty) atrocities” I mean reeming someone because they brought their mate? The OC gals would welcome him! BOOOO! NOT your best idea. NO ONE CARES OR WANTS IT! NOT watching again! KEEP our OC GALS! The NY’S – GO AWAY -YUCK!

I love the real wives of the O.C. There is something in their spirit, that you want to like and wish them well. I am origionally from New York, Southhampton to be specific, now living in Florida. I was so excited to see the show was going to New York, However, after watching these women on the first show, it will be my last. They disgust me. They ARE the reason the island is no longer what it once was. Do they have any idea how the “locals” talk about the “city people”? Stay in the city girls, your kind is not wanted there. You are NOT entertainment for us, but maybe for yourselves. “Miss I don’t want to live in the suburbs” Good, we don’t want your kind here anyway.. I really hate that I won’t be watching until the Real Housewives of the O.C. come back.
